The Covid-19 test can be done in the infirmary of the hotel according to the protocol made with the contracted hospital. In addition, our guests will be informed about the test at the entrance, and this information will also be available on the info channel in the rooms, on the screens in the elevators, at the reception desk, and on the information board.
Our guests who want to be tested for the Covid-19 are directed to the doctor's office through the Guest Relations Department. The test is brought from the hospital once the appointment is created in the doctor's office. After our guest is tested, the hospital authority sends the test to the authorized institution. The results are tracked by the doctor's office and the Guest Relations. The Guest Covid-19 Test Tracking Form is tracked by the staff responsible for sampling. In case of a positive case, the hotel management reports the test result to the Provincial Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
