ATTENTION!!! 
PARTICIPANTS (Turkish and KKTC citizens) NOT ACCOMMODATING AT THE CONFERENCE HOTEL will be charged 32 EUROS for "Hotel Service Fee (including breakfast, lunch and dinner)" for each day attending the Conference. Those who do not make this payment will not be able to participate in the conference even if they have registered for the conference. If the security records show that one of our guests stays within a two-meal period, the meal fee will be added to the total price determined by the hotel, the external participant will have to pay for it.


TAU Tourism is the authorized agency for transportation at the International Pegem Conference on Education (IPCEDU-2021).

External participants will be accepted to the hotel between 09:00 and 18:00. The meeting package (coffee breaks and lunch) is included in the external participants' fee. However, if the security records show that one of our guests stays within a twomeal period, the meal fee will be added to the total price determined by the hotel, and the external participant will be obliged to pay for it.

For the participants staying at the hotel, check-in starts with lunch and ends with breakfast on departure.
In the event of a pandemic shutdown and impediments related to intercity travel, the payments made by the participants to the agency for hotel accommodation and external participation will be refunded within ten working days.

8% VAT is included in the above accommodation prices.

These accommodation fees will be valid from 25 October 2021 to 31 October 2021. Participants, if they wish, will be able to register for accommodation from Tau Travel at these prices between these dates.

ASKA HOTELS CORONAVIRUS PRECAUTIONS 

HOTEL SAFE TOURISM CERTIFICATE

COVID PRECAUTIONS TAKEN BY THE HOTEL
 

  • Meeting room capacity has been determined according to the social distance regulations.
  • If pens are to be used during the meeting, each participant will be provided with one on the tables. Pens will be disinfected after use.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available at the entrance of each meeting room.
  • During the meeting, the meeting rooms will be aired out.
  • Refreshments will be served during the coffee break.
  • At the end of each meeting, all tables and chairs, including those in the foyer, will be disinfected with surface disinfectants.
  • The meeting room doors will be left open, and no room will be available to be used by another group for at least 12 hours.
  • Meeting group participants are required to wear masks.
  • Social distance warning signs have been put up in the smoking areas at the exit of the meeting room. Issues related to emergency and isolation are described in detail in the ASKA.GM.T.12 Covid-19 Emergency and Isolation Instruction.
  • The Covid-19 test can be done in the infirmary of the hotel according to the protocol made with the contracted hospital. In addition, our guests will be informed about the test at the entrance, and this information will also be available on the info channel in the rooms, on the screens in the elevators, at the reception desk, and on the information board.
  • Our guests who want to be tested for the Covid-19 are directed to the doctor's office through the Guest Relations Department. The test is brought from the hospital once the appointment is created in the doctor's office. After our guest is tested, the hospital authority sends the test to the authorized institution. The results are tracked by the doctor's office and the Guest Relations. The Guest Covid-19 Test Tracking Form is tracked by the staff responsible for sampling. In case of a positive case, the hotel management reports the test result to the Provincial Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
